2. What ChamberWise is

ChamberWise is a UK politics learning and fantasy-style game. It helps users learn about Parliament, follow MPs, play political quizzes and games, and compete using real parliamentary activity.

ChamberWise may include:

• MP profiles
• political news and educational content
• learning modules
• minigames and quizzes
• leaderboards
• private leagues
• fantasy cabinet or squad features
• XP, streaks and rewards
• AI-assisted or automated guidance features
• premium features, if introduced

ChamberWise is for information, education and entertainment. It is not political, legal, financial, investment or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChamberWise.

If you are under 18, you should only use ChamberWise with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We may introduce age restrictions for certain features in future.

4. Your account

You may need an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping your login details secure
• all activity that happens under your account
• telling us if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ChamberWise to:

• break the law
• harass, abuse, threaten or target other users
• post hateful, discriminatory, obscene or harmful content
• impersonate another person
• interfere with the operation of the service
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data without permission
• scrape, copy or harvest data at scale without permission
• reverse engineer, bypass or attack our systems
• manipulate scores, leaderboards, minigames or XP
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• upload malicious code or harmful content

We may remove content, restrict access, reset scores, remove league entries, or suspend accounts where we believe these rules have been breached.

6. User content

Some features may allow you to submit content, such as display names, league names, comments, profile details or other text.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

• infringes someone else's rights
• is unlawful, defamatory or misleading
• contains personal data about someone else without permission
• is abusive, hateful, discriminatory or threatening
• is spam or advertising
• contains malware or harmful code

By submitting content, you give us permission to use, store, display and process it as needed to operate ChamberWise.

We may remove or edit user content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms.

7. Public and private leaderboards

ChamberWise may include public leaderboards, private leagues, rankings, XP totals and other competitive features.

Your display name, profile image, score, XP, rank, league membership and similar gameplay information may be visible to other users depending on the feature.

Do not join a private league or choose a display name if you do not want that information visible to others in that context.

8. Political neutrality

ChamberWise aims to be non-partisan and educational.

MP scores, rankings, quiz content or game mechanics are not endorsements of any MP, party, policy or political position.

We may use public parliamentary data, including voting records, speeches and official sources. We do not guarantee that all political information will be complete, current or error-free.

9. Parliamentary and third-party data

ChamberWise may use public information from Parliament, government sources, news publishers and other third-party sources.

We do our best to present information accurately, but we cannot guarantee that:

• third-party data is always available
• third-party data is always accurate
• scores or statistics will update instantly
• all parliamentary activity will be captured
• news or public data feeds will be uninterrupted

We may correct, recalculate or update scores, rankings and statistics where needed.

10. Game rules and scoring

We may change game rules, scoring systems, XP rewards, pricing, squads, cabinet rules, minigame rules and league mechanics over time.

We may also correct errors, adjust scoring, remove invalid results or reset affected game data where necessary to protect fairness or fix mistakes.

We will try to communicate significant changes clearly.

11. Premium features and payments

Some features may become paid or subscription-based.

If premium features are introduced, separate payment terms may apply. Prices, features and billing periods will be shown before purchase.

We may change, add or remove premium features over time.

12. No financial, betting or investment advice

ChamberWise is not a betting product, gambling product, financial product or investment service.

Any political trends, MP rankings, aggregated insights, H.A.P.I.D.-style data, projections or analysis are provided for information and entertainment only.

You must not rely on ChamberWise for investment, betting, financial, legal, political campaigning or professional decisions.

13. Intellectual property

ChamberWise, including its design, branding, software, game mechanics, text, graphics and original content, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may use ChamberWise for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from ChamberWise without our permission, except where allowed by law.

Public parliamentary data and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

14. AI and automated features

ChamberWise may include AI-assisted or automated features, such as explanations, recommendations, quiz support or gameplay insights.

AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You should not rely on them as professional advice.

We may monitor and improve these features to maintain quality, safety and performance.

15. Service availability

We aim to keep ChamberWise available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to:

• maintenance
• upgrades
• technical issues
• third-party service outages
• data provider issues
• security incidents
• events outside our control

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

16. Closing your account

You may stop using ChamberWise at any time.

If account deletion is available in the app, you may use that feature. Otherwise, contact us at [email protected].

Some data may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you breach these Terms
• you misuse the service
• your activity creates risk for us or other users
• we are required to do so by law
• we discontinue the service

18. Liability

ChamberWise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• reliance on political, statistical, AI-generated or third-party information
• unavailable or delayed data feeds
• scoring errors or ranking changes
• service interruptions
• unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details
• events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

Continuing to use ChamberWise after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer law gives you additional rights.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
